Tell us what kind of help you are seeking

A clear topic helps us respond with the appropriate educational resource while keeping personal information to a minimum.

Use this page for general annuity education and nonprofit program requests. The organization does not provide an emergency service, accept insurance applications, issue quotes, or determine whether a specific transaction is suitable through the website.

Messages are delivered to admin@nextgenretirement.org. An optional phone number appears only for an educator conversation or workshop request.

Speak to an educator

Ask for a general explanation of an annuity term, value, guarantee, access provision, or public resource. Keep the request free of account identifiers and exact personal financial details.

Book a workshop

Describe the organization, audience, topic, format, accessibility needs, approximate attendance range, and possible dates for a free no-sales program.

Request information

Ask where to begin, request a link to a learning page, or seek clarification about the nonprofit's mission, programs, privacy practices, or educational boundaries.

Report or suggest

Send an accessibility concern, broken-link report, correction, public-source suggestion, media question, or organizational inquiry.

Education request form

How can we help?

Messages submitted through this form are delivered to admin@nextgenretirement.org. Select Speak to an annuity educator for a general educational conversation or Book a workshop for a group program. You may provide an optional phone number for either request.

We use this only to respond to your request.
Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, contract numbers, balances, passwords, health records, or complete birth dates.
Before you write

Keep the request general and private

We can explain educational concepts, point to public resources, receive correction suggestions, and discuss workshop topics. We cannot evaluate a person's complete financial situation through this form or tell someone to buy, exchange, surrender, or replace a contract.

Good questions for this form

  • What is the difference between annuitization and an income rider?
  • How can a market value adjustment affect the amount available upon surrender?
  • Where can I verify an insurance producer's state license?
  • Can you present a fixed-annuity workshop for our library or senior group?
  • Which page explains the difference between an account value and an income base?

For an urgent financial or fraud concern

Contact the relevant insurer, state insurance department, law-enforcement agency, financial institution, or qualified professional directly. This website is not an emergency or complaint-resolution service.

What happens after submission

A contact request remains connected to the topic selected

The form checks required information

The website validates the name, email, topic, message, privacy consent, and an optional phone number when applicable. Anti-spam controls reject hidden-field submissions and obviously incomplete requests.

The request is delivered to the nonprofit

The message goes to admin@nextgenretirement.org. The visitor's email is placed in the reply field so the response can be sent to the address provided.

The organization responds within the selected scope

An educator request receives general educational information, a workshop request begins scheduling and scope discussion, and a correction or accessibility report is reviewed against the relevant page.

Sensitive or individualized matters are redirected

If a question requires contract servicing, a complaint, personal tax or legal advice, or a suitability determination, the response should identify the appropriate insurer, regulator, or qualified professional rather than attempt to resolve it through the form.

Privacy at a glance

The form collects only the information a visitor chooses to provide. Personal information is not sold. Service providers may support hosting, email, security, or consent-based analytics as described in the Privacy Notice.

Do not send documents containing account numbers, Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, passwords, health records, or identification images.

Educator conversations

Questions should focus on concepts, not a transaction instruction

Useful educator questions identify the term or decision that is unclear. For example: “What is the difference between surrender value and income base?” or “Which document states how long a fixed rate is guaranteed?”

A request such as “Tell me which annuity to buy with my exact account balance” requires personal facts and regulated advice beyond the scope of the nonprofit's general education form.

When requested, the organization may provide an optional connection to a licensed professional experienced with annuities. The visitor remains free to select any professional or take no further action.
